Blanca Q. Fauble is HAVEN's Director of Development.

Blanca's business experience is broad and deep and includes multiple leadership positions in the global auto industry (Ford and GM) and the retail and food service industries (Saks 5th Avenue and co-ownership of two restaurants Mountain Jacks and Carvers Steaks & Chops).

During her 8 years with Ford Motor Company, she held numerous leadership positions in customer service, marketing, philanthropy and multi-cultural operations. In 2002 she served as an Executive on loan to the United Way of SE MI and in 2004 The National Council of La Raza.

A native of Lima, Peru, Ms. Fauble is fluent in both English and Spanish and speaks conversational French. A graduate of Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, she also has completed advanced executive training at Darden University, The Center for Creative Leadership, the Disney Institute, the National Association of Corporate Directors, and Dale Carnegie.

A former chairperson of the Corporate Advisory Board for The National Society of Hispanic MBA’s, Fauble is also a founding member of the Michigan Council of Women in Technology. Her former board service includes:  Girl Scouts of SE Michigan, the Children’s Center in Detroit, Hispanic IT Executive Council. She is a member of the International Women’s Forum and INFORUM.

Fauble is a champion for women and children, and currently mentors a group of young women through Women of Tomorrow.
