Medical Social Work

Cassandra Ponder is a medical social worker for Beaumont Royal Oak; employed for 27 years.  Her focus has been clinical for the last 20 years, providing clinical supportive therapy and community referrals for patients and families.  She is also the student placement coordinator of the department's internship program for 19 years, which provides clinical supervision to 2nd year and advance standing MSW social work students.
