2024 Centennial Celebration Dinner
When you donate to the Birmingham Rotary Club you are helping Rotary serve our community.
We have been a vibrant, active Club since our founding in 1924. In honor of this significant milestone, we have launched a special fundraising campaign with the goal of raising or exceeding $100,000 to support three anniversary service projects. All dollars raised through the Celebration Dinner will be dedicated to funding these projects.
1) An international project focusing on water.
2) City of Birmingham future parks project to support a fully inclusive accessible playground.
3) Accessible disc golf course for the Michigan Crossroads Council, Boy Scouts of America.

Deadline
In order to access sponsor benefits to the fullest, we request sponsor commitments as soon a possible. We anticipate going to print with the event program book and other print materials the week of April 29.

PROGRAM BOOK ADS
Our Centennial Celebration Program Book will be an important component of this year's event because it provides an opportunity for our Club to thank our sponsors and donors and enables businesses and friends of Rotary to share messages that embody the spirit of Rotary and honor individual Rotarians. As a sponsor benefit and marketing tool, the Program Book will get your business name in front of individuals who value supporting local companies and those who care about the issues Rotary addresses (see side bar).

SILENT AUCTION DONATIONS
Event guests will have the opportunity to bid on and win outstanding items and packages. Businesses and Rotary friends are invited to make donations of items large and small, gift cards, experience-based certificates, or travel opportunities. All proceeds from the silent auction will support our anniversary service projects (noted above).
Deadline:
All donations are requested by April 26 at 5:00 PM. This includes completing the donation form and delivering the item to a designated Birmingham Rotary member.

CELEBRATION DINNER - WHAT TO EXPECT
- Lively fellowship and the opportunity to learn more about the Birmingham Rotary Club and its members.
- 3-Course dinner prepared by the Kingsley Inn's chef and catering team. 1 drink ticket per person and cash bar. Dinner will be served at 7:00. Cash bar.
- Silent auction - winner need not be present to win!
- Live 50/50 drawing. Tickets will be a cash-only purchase and winner must be present when drawing is announced.
- Live music by Collision Six for a night of dancing. A multi-year winner of "Hour Best of Detroit" and "The Knot Best of Weddings."
- 100-Year Club highlights and milestone photos.
